Events & Workshops

Here you’ll find an overview of my events and workshops.

YIN Yoga & Cacao
in Uster

Since last year, I have been exploring the cacao plant, its wisdom and its warmth in ever greater depth. Since July 2026, I have also been practising YIN Yoga every Monday morning.

I would now like to share these two wonderful experiences with my patients, and, together with my neighbour Simone Nauer, I warmly invite you to a special event in Uster: YIN Yoga and Cacao.

When & where?

Saturday, 7 November 2026
2.00 pm – 5.00 pm
Atelier Surya, Freiestrasse 47, 8610 Uster
